Our Services

We provide group or individual training for your athletic growth! We work with athletes in all sports; training speed, power and acceleration development and mechanics. This is mostly body weight training with sprinting and plyometrics exercises. We also incorporate training elements like medballs, resistance bands and timing systems to enhance our training. We train explosive reaction, acceleration and top end running. Our training focuses on maximal effort activities to raise your peak athletic performance.

In addition we provide supplemental flexibility, coordination, stability and strength training that will support our main activities. All sports come with some wear and tear on your body and risk of injury. This training will help prepare your body for explosive dynamic movement and help reduce your chance of injury.

Our track & field service includes group technical development in most track & field events. This is in addition to our speed/power training.
